We are currently hiring an Inventory Control position in our Muskogee, OK manufacturing facility. Join us if you are interested in working in a fast paced, financially sound, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

SCHEDULE:

 Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Materials Handling:
• Manage all incoming freight and report discrepancies to buyer or take action to correct with vendor
• Collect, sign, and submit incoming packing slips and BOL
• Storage and Organization:
• Create and update minimum/maximum cards for all stock locations
• Setup supply and raw material items in accounting software
• Analyze current inventory layout and remove old/obsolete inventory to free up plant space for better organization of current inventory
• Ensure all parts have designated locations at the plant which are correctly barcoded and labeled
• Adjust and maintain stock as needed
• Maintain clean and safe racking
• Replenish point-of-use areas as defined by nightly stocking sheets
• Liaison:
• Work with IT and Engineering teams to implement inventory tracking
• Work with Purchasing to verify exceptions
• Assist with making transfer decisions
• Perform count audits, assist with inventory counts
• Aid line leaders in making ordering decisions, as needed
• Coordinate with similar teams at other plants to ensure material and supply parts are not duplicated
• Note: Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  2-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing role; inventory experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent data entry and organizational skills
• Attentive to detail and accuracy
• Ability to self-manage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 40+lbs independently
• Proficient in English
• Safety-sensitive position

 EDUCATION:

 Graduation from a standard high school, vocational school or equivalent is required

 SALARY:

• Starting at $18/ hr. depending upon experience
• Monthly bonus based on performance, productivity, and profits.
