What can you expect during your internship?
At Viking, we serve seven countries—Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Ireland, Austria, and Switzerland—delivering customer service that is recognized for its excellence. As a Customer Service Development intern, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing this reputation. Working alongside a diverse team, you’ll gain valuable experience in optimizing customer service operations and ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Your responsibilities
- Engage with analysts to gather insights and document key findings
- Assist in preparing monthly reports for customer service performance
- Support the team in testing and improving service processes
- Attend IT and service-related meetings
- Participate in service development projects and reporting initiatives
- Contribute to maintaining and optimizing documentation workflows
Who are we looking for?
- You are a 3rd year Bachelor student with an education in: Business, Communication, or a related field
- You have excellent spoken and written command of English or German
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable with Visio program
- You are proactive, not afraid to approach others, and have a flexible work ethic
- You are available full time from February 2025 for 6 months
