Independence Title in Austin, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Internal Trainer – Short Term (Temporary). Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The Internal Trainer will:
Master the functionality of software, including workflows, features, and integrations, to become an in-house expert.
Develop and deliver training programs, as required by leadership, to support the escrow teams.
Assist with creating engaging training materials, such as guides, videos, slide decks, and FAQs, as needed, tailored to different user roles and skill levels.
Collaborate with IT and department leads to understand specific team needs and customize training accordingly.
Conduct live in-person training sessions, and via Zoom or TEAMS as approved, ensuring clarity, engagement, and retention.
Champion change management, helping employees feel confident, supported, and motivated throughout the transition.
Assist with maintaining and managing content, as needed, in proprietary training software

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent required
Over-night travel required to support training in branch offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and other potential areas, as requested
At least 5 years of experience in all areas of escrow processing and procedures, including all pre-closing and post-closing duties, along with settlement statement preparation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Proficient with technology applications such as Zoom, TEAMS and PowerPoint
Proficient with DocuSign
Must be available to work 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility
