Internal Sales & Sales Support

We have an exciting opportunity for a  Internal Sales & Sales Support based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Internal Sales & Sales Support role 

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 
Location: Bedford 
Type of Contract: Permanent 
Hours:  Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities of the Internal Sales & Sales Support

Respond to customer calls, emails and sales enquiries promptly and professionally
Prepare accurate quotations
Coordinate national orders, checking details and monitoring progress through to delivery
Keep customers informed and resolve queries
Build strong relationships
Make proactive customer calls and identify relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities 
Requirements for a successful Internal Sales & Sales Support

Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration, account management or a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and keen to learn
