What You Will Do:

  • Lead the audit program.
  • Lead third-party audit prep and execution of audits.
  • Support internal and external quality/technical audits.
  • Develop and track audit plans and audit schedules.
  • Review internal auditing/testing parameters and support external supplier/vendor assist audits as requested.
  • Develop audit reports.
  • Present audit reports to top management.
  • Obtain, analyze and evaluate documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc. for compliance.
  • Coordinate and communicate audit schedules and plans with process areas.
  • Support auditees and other auditors (internal and external) during the course of an audit.
  • Support and help lead supplier process/performance reviews
  • Assist technical experts (i.e. NDT level III, Chemist, Calibration technicians, engineers) with internal and external auditing per certification and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver training associated with audits and quality requirements compliance.
  • Generate quality forms and records associated with audits.
  • Must be willing to take initiative to identify solutions to problems that are not always well-defined.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Associates Degree and 5+ years experience in a regulated industry
  • AS9100 Lead Auditor Certification from an accredited institution.
  • Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead / perform internal audits without guidance.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The pay range is $27.00 - $32.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
