Intern Unpaid -News

Internships are available for qualified students studying broadcast journalism, video production, and other communication degrees. Several departments may choose to accept interns, including but not necessarily limited to: News, Creative Services, Production, Sales - Community Development. 

Internship Details:

• Each internship is 15-20 hours per week for up to 16 weeks.
  You will get the opportunity to work at the station in “NEWS” Department. This is to help you understand how a TV station is run and find out what you like best.
  Interns will be supervised by the manager and participate in a meaningful learning experience.
  This is an unpaid internship, and the Intern is not entitled to wages or any compensation or benefits for the time spent in the internship.

• 18 years of age
• Must be senior in their last year of concentrated study
• Be of advanced skill level due to complexity of projects
• A collaborative worker with a willingness to learn
• Previous internship experience a plus

The internship is related to an educational purpose and there is no guarantee or expectation that the activity will result in employment with the Company.
