We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.</p> <p>EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Learning and Development team at our Home Office in <strong>Columbia, MO</strong> for the <strong>Spring 2027.</strong></p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Working within the Learning and Development team to help develop high-quality training resources to instruct and benefit co-workers in roles throughout the organization.</li> <li>Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to create, edit, and manage versioning of effective and accurate instructional content.</li> <li>Creating, writing, researching, organizing, and formatting training documentation for in-house instruction hub EquipmentShare University.</li> <li>Uploading instructional content to the company intranet, ES-Ops.</li> <li>Assisting the team in maintaining its digital asset management system.</li> <li>Working with instructional designers to create visuals, diagrams, charts, and other illustrations to enhance training materials.</li> <li>Meeting, shadowing, and assisting content creators across EquipmentShare departments.</li> <li>Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with internal departments across the organization.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Our mission to change an industry is not easily achieved. In turn, our interns have countless opportunities to make a tangible difference in an industry that’s long been resistant to change.</p> <h3><strong>What You're Working With:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a career in English, technical writing, journalism, communications, or related field.&nbsp;</li> <li>Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Experience writing and revising documentation.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Familiarity with using Microsoft Office products (Word) and G-Suite (Google Docs).</li> <li>A professional yet enthusiastic and fr
