Our core Salesforce environment has been evolving since 2003, undergoing numerous changes over the past 22 years. Due to turnover and evolving development practices, much of the technical documentation for the system has been lost or was never formally created. • Create process maps outlining critical workflows and business processes within Salesforce.
  • Knowledge Base Development:
  • Organize and compile findings into a structured Technical Architecture Knowledge Base (KB) for future reference.
  • Standardize documentation formats to ensure long-term usability.
  • Presentation & Reporting:
  • Present key findings and recommendations to the Salesforce Development Team and IT leadership.
  • Provide suggestions for improving documentation practices moving forward.
