EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Quality and Training Intern at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the 2023 summer.

We’re seeking an accounts payable intern intern who wants the opportunity to gain professional experience with a rapidly-growing company. Responsibilities

• Assist with quality call support monitoring 
• Become a subject matter expert in the existing feedback evaluation process 
• Report on trends and opportunities for quality improvement 
• Shadow and learn from members of the Call Support team at all levels 
• Create and provide a department wide training  
• Explore and report on additional training applications to expand our toolbox 
• Take on additional tasks as requested, to learn more about Instructional Design Development

What You're Working With:

• Actively working towards a degree in a training, customer service or performance management field 
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher 
• You have a solution-based approach to problem solving 
• You have high attention to detail and accuracy 
• You have a positive demeanor and welcome new challenges 
• You're highly self-motivated
