About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Analyst Intern to join our team for a 6 to 9-month internship. This position requires 20 hours per week, with one day spent working in our office. As a Project Coordinator/Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting project activities, utilizing analytical skills, and contributing to effective project coordination.
What You Will Do
Working with the Organization's Change Management Leaders, you will:
Assist in project planning, coordination, and analysis.
Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to create visually appealing and informative reports and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Perform basic data analysis to support project decision-making.
Perform tactical aspects of communications, including mailbox management, planning, and organizing meetings coordinating with presenters, ensuring version consistency in communications content, etc.
What You Need
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems at an accredited institution having completed your Freshman year or later
Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to think critically from multiple perspectives.
Basic data analysis skills.
Passion for project coordination and analysis.
Time management skills
What Makes You Eligible
Be willing to work in the Novi, MI, office one day a week
Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
Must provide part-time work availability for 6 to 9 months
