Intern-Marketing

Job Description

The Intern - Marketing will support the Marketing team and assist in the development and execution of various marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include supporting overall project management, video production and social media among other areas.

 

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with basic project management tasks for the development and execution of marketing initiatives and creative assets such as entering tasks and projects into project management software.
• Help maintain department editorial calendars, coordinating with internal teams to ensure all organizational goals and programs are executed and delivered appropriately.
• Perform administrative tasks for the department including data entry, filing, returning phone calls, and tracking prize inventory and supplies/equipment.
• Proofread creative and copy reviewing for spelling and grammar, as well as ensuring deliverables are accurate, and factual.
• Support game day responsibilities which may include support with Kids Crew Early Entry, Community Night activation, and Theme Night Giveaway redemption.
• Assist in maintaining digital platforms such as: MLB Ballpark Mobile App, Brewers.com, Brewers SMS Alerts and emails.

The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled or recent graduate from an accredited college or university pursuing a Sports Marketing/Administration, Marketing, or Marketing Research degree. Candidates with the ability to communicate effectively in addition to possessing strong analytical and organizational skills are preferred.
