About the role
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking motivated and ambitious students to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience within the U.S. government contracting industry. We are currently offering internship positions in the following areas: Program Support, Finance, Marketing, and Proposal Development.Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments and gain valuable insight into the government contracting process, including an understanding of government solicitations and the bid and proposal development lifecycle.Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting reporting, research, and data analysis
- Assisting with proposal outlines, schedules, and documentation
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Participating in team meetings within your functional area
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Criminology, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and self-driven with a strong attention to detail
