Job Description

• Support the Management and Operation of the Regional Data Center Singapore
• Physical management of Devices, cabling and IT Infrastructure
• Coordinate and implement infrastructure installations usually with support of external service provider (cabling, racking of equipment, management of room etc.)
• Stock management; setup / maintain an online system for Regional Data Centers in APAC
• Support movement of goods between DC Locations and trigger purchasing of spare parts where needed
• Supports & Conducts quality checks regarding the implementation of infrastructure standards in alignment with the data center consultant
• Support data center consultant and housing specialist in audits where required
• Support of audits (C/AU, CI/DSO, external Audits etc.)
• Support all IT Infrastructure teams in their projects and physical rollout activities
• Work with a diverse team of Consultants and Engineers on AP wide topics.

Qualifications

• Students who are studying Information Technology, Infocomm or Engineering related courses with keen interest in Datacenter Infrastructure are welcome to apply
• Highly motivated, self initiated, target oriented and able to work independently
• Flexible to work in different environments (50% office / 50% offsite)
• Experience in intercultural communication and cooperation
• Work and contribute effectively in a diverse and international team
• Keen to learn or experience in ITIL-Processes Incident- Problem- Change- and Asset Management
• Ability to do basic physical work (lifting, cabling, etc.)
