About Dexcom’s Summer Intern Program:  

Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s U.S. 12-week internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite, hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern classes from across the country. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom interns have earned the nickname of “Game Changers” based on their ability to leave a lasting impact on our organization. • Team Highlights: A dynamic team focused on insulin theories in the diabetes space.

Where you come in:  

• You will support the planning and conducting of high-quality mixed methods research spanning across exploratory, generative, and evaluative methods while leveraging both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• You will support the execution of all aspects of the research process, including defining objectives, methodology determination, overseeing recruitment, developing discussion guides and questionnaires.
• You will collaborate with user research colleagues and key stakeholders across the entire research process ensuring active and timely alignment.

What makes you successful:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in conducting end-to-end research including creating a research plan, overseeing recruiting, moderation, analysis, report writing and final presentation of results (within either an academic or corporate environment). 
• You have familiarity with a broad set of user-centered research methods, including but not limited to one-on-one interviews, contextual inquiry and ethnographic field studies, A/B testing, usability testing, concept testing, competitive assessments, diary studies, etc.
• You have exceptional written and oral communication skills

Experience and Education Requirements:

Intern II  

• Requires a completed Bachelor’s degree. 
• Must be a currently enrolled Master’s, JD, or PhD student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $29.00 to $45.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized
