Designed to develop future leaders, our program provides hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real-world challenges in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Where you come in:  

• Your role will focus on optimizing the internal recruitment process through effective use of technology, streamlining workflows, and eliminating redundancies. 

• You will be responsible for creating streamlined communication pathways to foster alignment with our leadership team. 

• You will support onsite hiring events and contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience 

• You may assist with full cycle recruitment for our Operations Team
