As a Guest Experience & Communications Intern, you will support the development and execution of communication strategies, help manage guest inquiries and feedback and collaborate with inside sales and guest services teams.
You will gain hands-on experience working with external vendors for Event Works, including learning about software utilization, itinerary creation, and staff training. Additionally, you will assist in overseeing gifting programs, ensuring high-quality gift selection and efficient fulfillment processes. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in guest relations, communications, and event management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Program Management
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of guest communication plans for the Aer Lingus Classic.
- Contribute to implementing the guest experience strategy in Dublin.
- Assist in ensuring clear and effective communication with event guests.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Support the event team in general administrative duties, special projects, and product fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Current student working towards Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- Previous customer service experience (in the hospitality industry is a plus).
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Attention to detail, carefully following instructions and checking work for accuracy
Program Details
We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; sports rights management, production, and digital content leader IMG (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

- By December 13-19: Approved internships will post externally.
- January: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.

- February - March: The interview and selection process will take place.
- The program will be 10 weeks in length.
