Intern, Content Production

Location: Williamsburg HQ

Hourly rate: $16.50

Schedule: M-Th, 9-6pm

Timeline: June 2- August 7th 2025

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with pre-production tasks including prop sourcing and vendor coordination

• Support on-set production logistics during photo and video shoots

• Help with post-shoot wrap including invoice processing and expense tracking

• Attend team meetings and take notes/action items to support workflow clarity • Collaborate with producers to research talent, crew, and locations for upcoming shoots

• Organize production documentation and contribute to internal process improvements 

Weeks 1–2: Onboarding & Introduction 

Learning Goals: 

• Understand our content production workflow from concept to delivery

• Learn tools like Google Drive and internal shoot trackers 

Planned Projects or Areas of Exposure: 

• Shadow producers on pre-production planning 

• Join internal kick-off meetings and observe shoot prep 

Weeks 3–6: Skill Building & Hands-On Learning 

Learning Goals: 

• Gain hands-on experience in shoot coordination 

• Develop vendor communication and organization skills 

Planned Projects or Areas of Exposure: 

• Source props and materials for upcoming shoots 

• Assist in processing shoot-related expenses and receipts 

Weeks 6–8: Independent Work & Mid-Level Execution 

Learning Goals: 

• Independently manage prop sourcing and light production prep 

• Strengthen problem-solving and time management 

Planned Projects or Areas of Exposure: 

• Scout locations or assist in preliminary research for an upcoming shoot

• Coordinate with vendors and track deliveries 

• Take ownership of organizing expense documentation for a completed shoot

Weeks 8–10: Final Projects & Wrap-Up/Graduation 

• Interns reflect on their time, wrap up projects, and prepare a presentation on their experience.

• Participate in a career development session and receive a professional headshot. 

Additional Notes or Stretch Opportunities (Optional): 

• Exposure to creative reviews and editorial planning meetings 

• Opportunity to assist on-location for external shoots (if timing and schedule allow)

• Learn basic budgeting and cost estimation tools used by producers
