Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis including identifying business processes and supporting process improvements
• 3+ years of experience analyzing problems and translating into solutions
• 2+ years of experience working directly with stakeholders and business users

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
• 3+ years business systems analysis experience
• 3+ years working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience planning, organizing, and managing projects and projects teams
• Knowledge of Retail systems
• Experience using SQL to retrieve and manipulate data
• Experience with project and problem management, change management, and systems development processes
• Experience using Microsoft DevOps to manage agile team backlog
