Description

Provide professional and efficient administrative support to senior team members.
Manage diaries, schedules and organise meetings or events.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations and reports as required.
Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls on behalf of senior staff.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
Maintain records, files and databases to ensure accurate documentation.
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks to support the smooth running of the department.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.Profile

A successful Interim EA Assistant should have:

Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within healthcare or a similar industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.Job Offer

Competitive hourly pay between £17.00 and £19.00, dependent on the level of experience.
