Intelligent Document Processing - Solutions Lead

The goal of Digital Document Services (DDS) is to provide solution and associated services for creation, capture, storage, retention, search and retrieval of document data and related artifacts & documents. These data are about client identification, relationships, products and transactions and pertains to corporate business. The overall Platform provides solutions towards content capture and management of structured and unstructured data including storage and management of images and provides comprehensive search technology across the firm.

As an experienced professional in Intelligent Document Processing - Solutions Lead, you'll shape the technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities and translate that insight into high-quality solutions. This is a highly technical role which would require you to work with the development team in creating new solutions and help optimize existing technology for a first class product experience. While your role requires deep technological skills – including expertise in everything from data management to functional design – it also requires a product mindset when defining solutions. You'll offer clear guidance and feedback to your colleagues, while promoting the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on their business requirements and processes and convert them to deliverable solutions and product enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. 
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
• Influence operation process changes for a low touch digitization strategy
• Define Document AI product feature and functions and manage the roadmap of deliverables.
• Work with teams to provide senior level technical direction, leadership, and guidance in operational use of AI and cloud solutions
• Design technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring the delivered solutions are of high quality
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a lead product role
• Understanding of latest AI/ML trends in document digitization and extraction solutions
• Experience devising solutions on a AWS with functional understanding of AWS service offerings
• Experience defining solutions for document management capture, digitization, extraction and search services
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc
• Hand on with Agile Methodology and ceremonies – Ability to write analysis stories
• Working experience - Data analysis, Reporting and MIS reporting
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous
• Certification in AWS is beneficial
