Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Intelligence Analyst - Principal Specialist to join a growing team within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

What You Will Do

  • Develop model-driven, automated plans utilizing sense making tools

  • Enhance data modeling techniques to support mission activities

  • Coordinate data modeling activities with internal and external customers

  • Depict explanatory and predictive modeling results as visualizations for stakeholder audiences

  • Perform and document preliminary evaluation of system problems. Advise and assist in effecting design changes to improve operational efficiency and/or reduce cost of operations

  • Document and maintain operational event logs and records.

  • Work in a closed environment where frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers

  • Support 24/7 operations crews by working a minimum of two proficiency shifts per month

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Intel Operations, Satellite Operations/Analysis and a minimum 5 years of prior relative experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of operations experience performing work at customer facilities

  • Minimum of 2 years Leadership experience

  • An active and in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white and green)

  • Knowledge or experience performing satellite mission support in a near real-time operations environment

  • Experience working in direct support of customers and with direct and frequent customer interaction

  • Complete Operations Certification Process required by program
