Brown & Brown is seeking an Insurance Operations Liaison to join our growing team in Milwaukee, WI!
The Insurance Operations Liaison will monitor and assist in the compliance of the risk management (Insurance Operations) program for the office (both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits). Identify areas of knowledge gaps for new and existing service and sales team members and develop learning programs to aid the delivery of exceptional customer service.
How You Will Contribute
Ensure that all sales and service team members follow established required compliance documents through checklists and IO Manual.
Update checklists, IO procedures manual and other resources, as needed, for all team members to use.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring, including pulling reports and submitting to Corporate as directed
Monthly Carrier or Third-Party Audits - Carrier and third-party audits include, but are not limited to, audits performed by carriers, reinsurers, self-insured entities, and regulators, or audits performed by other parties on their behalf.
Quarterly Book of Business (BOB) Report - To ensure that accounts are coded correctly and if any are assigned to inactive team members, that these accounts have been reassigned. Also, review emails and suspense items to ensure that outstanding items have also been re-assigned. This report can also be utilized to monitor billing company versus issuing company, premiums, commission, fees, status codes, i.e. new, renewal, cancelled, etc.
Quarterly Service Center Accounts Report - To confirm that Service Center accounts are receiving the appropriate correspondence and Compensation Disclosure; and service representatives are not altering policies.
Annual Catastrophe Plan - Cadency Deployment - To update the CAT Manual annually, upload the current office client list and any new Team member Volunteer forms.
Act as administrator for all carrier websites and to confirm team members have appropriate access as requested by leadership.
Complete and submit all new carrier appointment paperwork and ensure all carrier exceptions are requested and renewed as applicable.
Coordinate and conduct Annual Self Audits.
