Installer Technician - Custom Truck Accessories

Custom Truck Accessories is seeking an individual to join the team to become an Installer Technician. At this one-stop shop, the primary focus in the Installer Technician position is installing aftermarket accessories from suspension lifts, lowering kits, wheel packages, towing products, camper shells, and much more.

Pay Range:

$47,000 - $52,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Can operate all shop tools, including equipment vehicle lifts, and power/air tools.
• Understanding of the installation process for after-market accessories.
• Will participate in cross-training of all products to support and expand the overall role of the team.
• Complete work in a timely manner in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and/or procedures established by the company.
• Maintain a clean shop environment while working on customer's vehicles and avoiding unnecessary exposure to contaminants, including dirt, grease, oil, etc.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 2 years experience with installation of aftermarket accessories.
• Can read, understand, and follow detailed written instructions as provided by manufacturers supplies
• Possesses own tools that are required to complete installation of all products sold.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast-paced walking, and light jogging when necessary.
• Lifting or moving up to 65 pounds without assistance at various times.
• Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
