Installation Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven person with great leadership skills to install our Spyder systems nationwide. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s developing a novel and highly-innovative robotic system for cultivation. You should be a team player with a knack for creative approaches and fast-paced growth as well as a high sense of customer satisfaction.

We have the following expectations for this role:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all installations of Spyder systems in Northern America
• Perform Spyder installations and maintenance visits
• Interact with customers onsite
• Build and lead an installation team as our operation grows
• Work closely with customers and our sales and support teams

Requirements

• High School or higher degree
• 7+ years of professional experience in onsite hardware installations
• Experience growing and leading a team
• Experience communicating and interacting with customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Construction or maker skills are a huge plus
• Must be willing to travel
