Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to become the next member of our growing team. The Inside Sales Specialist will be customer service focused, selling FPS service to potential and existing customers.

What you will do

• Develop strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
• Work with Outside Sales Representatives to prospect new business and generate sales leads 
• Ability to be persistent and patient cold calling potential new customers
• Stay current on new and evolving FPS service offerings 
• Keep management and outside sales informed on open quotes and/or customer issues
• Track activity using CRM software

What you will need

• The ability and desire to deliver excellent customer service 
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
