Compensation: $45-55K DOE (hourly, non exempt)

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:      

• Communicating with prospective students via telephone, email, text or Zoom to help them make informed decisions by providing ethical, timely, accurate information regarding MyCC’s education programs.
• Identifying prospective students' professional and educational goals, pairing them with the scheduling options.
• Walks students through all required documentation to become an enrolled student
• Ensuring a positive student experience by establishing a professional rapport with prospective students, helping resolve any challenges or issues they may encounter
• Helps students obtain funding through private lenders
• Responsible for a monthly quota, while managing his/her lead pipeline, and reporting personal performance to their supervisor.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED - Required
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field; or a combination of education and experience preferred. 
• Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales or other sales experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
• Proficiency in computer systems.
• Ability to think outside the box.
