Job Description for Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM system GoHighLevel and respond to hot and cold leads
  
• Reach out to potential leads, for example people who interact with us on Facebook and Instagram
  
• Answer incoming calls on our new patient line
  
• Book appointments for services like cryo skin, medical weight loss, and aesthetics
  
• Collect credit card info and deposits when booking appointments
  
• Learn and use other company platforms where appointments are entered
  

Requirements

• Strong sales skills
  
• Ability to educate prospective patients on services
  
• Experience working with CRM platforms
  
• Comfortable processing payments
  

Scope

• 35 hours a week
  
• Monday and Tuesday off
  
• Wednesday to Sunday 8AM to 5PM Eastern Time (8PM to 5AM Manila Time) with 1 hours unpaid break
