Position Overview:
V3 Electric has recently partnered with the largest home improvement retail chain in the nation. As a Retail Solar Sales Representative at V3 Electric, you will play a pivotal role as the face of our company in our partner retail store(s). Your primary objective is to make a lasting impact on potential customers by fostering relationships, generating excitement for our products, and educating them on renewable energy and storage solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

• Proactively network by encouraging customer referrals and regularly follow-up with leads.
• Driving Solar Sales and Renewable Energy Sales through effective engagement and education.
• Serving as a Retail Sales Representative for V3 Electric's sustainable solutions.
• Generating enthusiasm for V3 Electric's products and educating customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.
• Closing appointments for the Inside Sales Sales Team convert leads into closed deals.
• Review, confirm and present financials details on solar contracts. Answer and overcome any objections or questions.
• Contributing to the expansion of V3 Electric's customer base.
• Promoting Sustainability and Green Energy practices in the retail environment.
• Customer Relationship Building through effective communication and engagement.
• Utilizing Technology Skills, including proficiency in using an iPad/computer and various software applications.
• Working within a retail store schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts.
• Access to Reliable Transportation

• 8-hour shift
• Evenings as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 75k/salary + up to 50k/year in bonus potential
