Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for preparation of timely quotes for customers into the system including updates where required. This role functions as the primary point of contact for customers in obtaining Quote status, milestone tracking and any other required updates from time of quote receipt through order acknowledgement.

This opportunity allows the Inside Sales Coordinator to perform as a liaison to provide product and services information, answer questions, perform accurate order entry and maintenance activities.

Reporting to the Team Supervisor, this person will be providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, from receipt of RFQ or Purchase Order, to successful order shipment and delivery.

Experience Requirements

• Strong Customer Service skills are a must, including phone calls and active listening.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels to different customer demeanors (verbal, written and presentation)
• Ability to interact with customers on routine basis and must demonstrate a high level of Customer Service.
• Must be able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - strong time management skills.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Ability to understand technical specifications.
• Proven customer support or customer service experience
• Must be thorough, accurate, and organized, with a strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to quickly learn & utilize business software and internal programs.
• Ability to understand technical specifications.
• Proven customer support or customer service experience
