As an Inside Rental Coordinator, you’ll be on the front line of our rental operations, helping customers get the construction and industrial equipment they need to succeed. What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and phone-in rental customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients while identifying new rental opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, process rental orders, and follow up to close sales.
• Provide exceptional service and technical product recommendations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and rental management systems.
• Upsell and cross-sell rental solutions to maximize customer value.
• Participate in training (online and in-person) to stay current with John Deere equipment.
• Support company safety, conduct, and policy standards in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or rental industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction/industrial equipment is a strong plus.
• Tech-savvy: able to use CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and rental software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated with the drive to meet and exceed goals.
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environm
