Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Summary/Overview:
This position is the Innovation team Admin and will report to the Director of Innovation. They will be responsible for all admin duties to help efficiently run the Innovation team.
Specific Job Duties:
1. Ensure a smooth on-boarding process for any new employees or hires.
2. Maintain team level expenses against company policy. Will submit expenses and invoices as need for the senior leadership of Innovation.
3. Handle and coordinate the administration of cubicles. Maintaining a seat org and coordinating relocations with WSS, IT and Admin owners from other teams.
4. Enhance Team Morale including Birthday engagement, GWP coordination, team spirit activities within the office and GWP Budgets.
5. Ensure good team communication through a Newsletter and other vehicles.
6. Standard Admin duties including office supplies, Safety Roster, Ovation Reports, leadership events, training completion and Headcount.
Shift: 1st (M-F)
Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience:
5yrs+ of Executive Admin experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
Systems such as NERP, Confluence, Concur.
Microsoft skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft-skills of engaging with team members and gather input and helping deliver a message.
