About the role
Auria is seeking an Information Technology summer helper to join the team at our manufacturing facility in Old Fort, NC. Our opening is designed to give the student the opportunity to jump start their career by working closely with our information technology team to gain hands on experience in a manufacturing setting. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating computer software on shop floor.
- Support onsite IT specialist as neccessary
- Support continuous improvement activities through time study evaluation, machinery implementation, machinery modification, and plant layout design changes
- Must be actively pursuing degree in Information Technology
- Requires experience with Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of departments/functions
- High level of integrity
- Priority setting and time management
