Compensation: The BACB uses compensation data for the metro Denver labor market to ensure our positions provide a competitive wage based on the required education and experience.
- The annual salary for this position is: $99,500.00.
- Signing bonus: $5,000 after the successful completion of 90 days full-time employment.
This position will remain open until a successful candidate is identified.

Position Summary: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technology-driven projects that align with the BACB's business objectives. The PM will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring cross-functional collaboration between IT, business teams, and stakeholders. This role requires strong project governance, effective communication, and proficiency in Agile and traditional waterfall project management methodologies. The PM will also proactively manage change, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement for successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Manages assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including business objectives, technical requirements, system specifications, milestones, and resource needs.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Identify issues and provide resolution through critical thinking.
- Establish and execute project communication plans, providing timely updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating technical requirements into business terms.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
