Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire an Information Systems Analyst I, at an advanced level, serves as the system administrator for the Child and Adolescent (C & A) Services computer systems. Designs, installs, and monitors various complex, multi-use computer systems being utilized by both the Division and community providers in tracking clients. Meets with hospital and community agency staff in the design, and installation of shared databases to be used by both DHS staff and the community providers.
Essential Functions
- Serves as the computer application hardware and software analyst for the Division of Mental Health.
- Serves as the computer applications and hardware analyst for DMH.
- Collects and retrieves a wide variety of statistical information.
- Attends a variety of meetings and seminars to remain current on Information Technology products, techniques, and procedures, etc.
- Develops and designs a database on consumer satisfaction surveys from community providers, hospitals, and agencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required that are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with course work
