MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to join our team.  This is a fully remote position.

The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) is responsible for managing the security of multiple information systems within our customer organization. The ISSM will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, develop and enforce security policies, conduct continuous monitoring, manage the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process, and maintain accurate records in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS). The ISSM will work closely with various stakeholders to protect the organization's information assets and manage cybersecurity risks effectively.

• Authorization to Operate (ATO) Management
• eMASS Record Maintenance
• Risk Management
• Security Awareness and Training

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in information security management, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• IAM Level III and an IAT Level II certification or greater per DoD 8570.01M.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
• Experience with the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process and maintaining records in eMASS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working in a DoD RMF 2.0 environment.
• Experience with vulnerability tools (e.g., Burpsuite, ACAS).
• IBM TRIRIGA or IBM Maximo experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CAP).
• Cloud-related certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen with an Interim DoD Secret Clearance required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
