Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated Information Security Specialist to join our is responsible for continuously monitoring cybersecurity threats and responding in real time to analyze and appropriately address those events. The Information Security Specialist plays a key role in operational monitoring and triage of security alerts generated from various tools, including network and endpoint intrusion detection systems . An ideal candidate display a positive and collaborative team player who is open to coaching and feedback, a technically capable of troubleshooting and conducting research across multiple systems, strong communication skills, especially via email, with the ability to manage multiple touchpoints and follow-ups and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform user administration tasks across more than 400 applications, ensuring proper provisioning and access controls.

  • Conduct research and analysis on risk-based scenarios to identify potential vulnerabilities and exposures.

  •  Communicate effectively via email to follow up on issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain documentation of all activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service level agreements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address access-related concerns and ensure secure operational practices.

  • Support non-technical aspects of cybersecurity operations, focusing on user access, risk mitigation, and procedural adherence.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • One to two years of business experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Should have completed a Cyber-focused bootcamp and/or relevant certifications

  • Understands the importance of accuracy and attention to detail in preventing risk exposure to the bank.

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and adaptable to training in new platforms

  • Possesses excellent time management skills and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to shift priorities quickly

  • Self-motivated, curious, and able to troubleshoot complex issues independently

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in or near Saint Paul, MN.
