Information Operations Technical Analyst

The mission of the Office of the ASD SOLIC is to conduct oversight of all Department of Defense (DoD) policies and plans related to special operations, with special emphasis on counterterrorism, information operations, irregular warfare, sensitive special operations, counter unmanned systems and other activities as specified by the Secretary of Defense.

The Information Operations Technical Analyst will assess the political and institutional environment in which decisions are made and implemented and determine policy issues, risks, and mitigation strategies related to information operations policies and oversight.

Required Skills and Experience: 

• 3 Years Special Operations Experience
• Experience with Military Information Support Operations (MISO) 
• Assist the Government with overall integration and supervision of the deterrence of, conduct of, and defense against information operations, disinformation and misinformation
• Experience with Executive Level writing
• Experience with Technical Analysis
• Experience with Congressional engagement activities 
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Top Secret / SCI Clearance

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 5+ Years Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, or Service-level Headquarters Experience
