This is a remote position.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week): Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm | Vancouver PSTJob Overview:
You’ll be the backbone of a growing influencer and social media operation, supporting a marketing team that’s scaling its digital presence in the competitive fashion space. This role offers the perfect blend of structure and growth potential – you’ll start with clear SOPs and processes while contributing to a brand’s expansion in the influencer marketing world. You’ll work directly with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage relationships, and ensure smooth operations across multiple platforms.Responsibilities:
- Support influencer program scaling and relationship management within the Grin platform
- Execute social media management tasks using the Sprout platform
- Follow established standard operating procedures for influencer and social media workflows
- Manage direct message communications and organic gifting processes
- Flag issues and provide administrative support for campaign execution
- Assist with influencer outreach and relationship coordination
- Support team members with specific influencer marketing tasks
- Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across communications
Requirements
- Strong experience in influencer management and social media administration (mandatory)
- Proven ability to follow detailed processes and standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication skills for managing direct messages and outreach
- Experience with influencer platforms (Grin experience preferred, but strong adaptability acceptable)
- Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout experience preferred, but similar platform experience acceptable)
- Bonus if you have fashion or lifestyle brand experience
- It helps if you’re familiar with organic gifting and influencer campaign processes
