Full-Time | Up to 40 Hours per Week | Massachusetts EEC Infant-Toddler Teacher Certification Required
Are you a warm, nurturing, and experienced Infant Teacher who loves helping babies learn, grow, and feel secure? We’re looking for a dedicated EEC-Certified Infant Teacher to join our team and create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for our youngest learners.
At Magical Beginnings, we believe the earliest years matter. As an Infant Teacher, you’ll build meaningful relationships with children and families while supporting each child’s development through responsive caregiving, play, exploration, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
What You'll Do
- Provide nurturing, responsive care for infants in a safe and welcoming classroom environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support infant learning and development
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Follow individual routines for feeding, sleeping, diapering, and daily care
- Observe and document children’s developmental progress and milestones
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom
- Communicate regularly and professionally with families and your teaching team
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and center leadership to provide high-quality early childhood education and care
- Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations, health and safety requirements, and center policies
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Massachusetts EEC Infant-Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Previous experience working with infants in a childcare, preschool, early education, or early childhood setting
- A genuine passion for working with infants and supporting early childhood development
- Warm, patient, dependable, and responsive approach to caregiving
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to create positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care
- Flexibility to work a full time schedule, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.
