In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Associate or 2-year technical degree in an industrial electrical field preferred OR a combined 5+ years’ experience and post high school education in an industrial field. Will consider equivalent Military Education/Training.
  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

Technical Qualifications/Required Experience:

  • Experience with light mechanical work using hand tools including disassembly/assembly and basic power transmission.
  • Industrial/Manufacturing Power Distribution and Control Systems.
  • PLC troubleshooting and basic programming capability with ladder logic (Allen-Bradley highly preferred).
  • Experience in troubleshooting industrial relay logic and hardwired circuits.
  • Computer proficiency using MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Industrial Software (SAP CMMS, AB Studio 5000, AB FTView).
  • High level of initiative, tenacity, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to provide innovative contributions in a Team environment.
  • Customer focused when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to discuss technical issues in a business environment.
  • The ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities and assignments.
  • Application/results orientation with primary focus on problem definition, problem solving, and generating alternate solutions.
