What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll keep our plant running by supporting and improving the performance of a wide variety of equipment and systems. Your day will include:

• Installing, repairing & maintaining plant support equipment (boilers, pumps, airvey systems, pelletizers, etc.) 
• Conducting preventative maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems 
• Diagnosing and repairing minor electrical issues (motors, relays, fuses) 
• Supporting operators with tool changes and troubleshooting 
• Documenting logs, PMs, and repairs accurately 
• Working with instrumentation to measure flow, temp, pressure, etc. 
• Welding, pipe fitting, and occasional facility systems work
   

Requirements

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience with pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting 
• 5+ years’ experience with welding, pipe fitting, instrumentation 
• 3+ years’ experience with electrical and plumbing 
• Solid mechanical aptitude + basic computer skills 
• Working knowledge of PLCs (preferred) 
• Bonus points for experience with: 
  • Plastics industry equipment (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion) 
  • Material blenders, rotary compression systems, etc.
