About the role
CSA+Capstone is seeking an Individual Training Manager to provide technical expert in MCIS.
This position is contingent upon award.
Applicants may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active United States Department of Defense security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.

Qualifications
- Functions as the highest-level individual contributor in at least one WfF.
- Utilizes expertise and experience in staff training best practices, industry requirements, and information technology disciplines to develop technical and training solutions in support of Army MCT.
- Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to a specific skill set and specializes in a particular technology or WfF.
- Keeps abreast of doctrinal, operational, and tactical training methodology as well as technological developments and trends.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at echelons ranging from BN to Corps.
- Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that meets training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
- Serves in a mentorship or observer/trainer role when requested.
- Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).
- Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.
Qualifications
- Education: BS or BA degree, subject immaterial. Graduate of the Army CGSC. Preferred: ILE or equivalent level military schooling. Graduate of the Army Battle Staff Course and/or served as a Digital Master Gunner with ASI 5C identifier.
- Experience: Must have experience with operations and training requirements at BDE or higher level. 10 years’ related experience in instructional development.
- Must have advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training as well as the use and application of off-the-shelf tools and associated equipment and systems.
- At least 10 years of experience with military training and training support. Preferred: Served as an Operations Sergeant Major or Operations Sergeant in a BN, BDE, DIV, or Corps command post.
- Requires approximately 2 years additional experience over the Training and Development Specialist
- DoD Secret Clearance
