Required work schedule: (not a remote or hybrid position)

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

 **Occasionally, there will be Saturday work due to overtime.

As an Indirect Loan Processor, you'll be part of a collaborative lending team that plays an important role in helping members achieve their financial goals. No two days are exactly alike - you'll work closely with dealerships, lenders, and fellow team members to solve problems, keep deals moving, and deliver an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Partner with team members, dealerships, and internal departments to move loans efficiently from application to funding


Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures


Communicate proactively to resolve outstanding conditions and documentation requirements


Monitor loan pipelines and prioritize tasks to meet service-level expectations and funding timelines


Maintain accurate electronic loan records and supporting documentation


Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that support team success


Deliver outstanding service while building positive relationships with members, dealership partners, and coworkers

 
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)


Expertise in clerical and loan processing duties related to indirect lending, with a requisite understanding of financial institution operations.


High level of analytical ability where problems are complex (i.e. transaction, loan problems).              


Due to periods of high loan volume, this position periodically requires overtime.


Requires the ability to adjust priorities to meet deadlines.


Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills to ascertain dealers'/members' needs and handle problems.


Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.


Proactive in seeking professional growth, embracing both formal and informal development opportunities, and demonstrating adaptability to new responsibilities.


Team-oriented with a strong collaborative mindset, actively supporting team members and contributing to a positive and high-performing environment.


Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Ability to perform essential functions, including the ability to lift up to 10 lbs. as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

 


HSD or GED - no substitution

 


One (1) year(s) of applicable experience required.


Prior credit union or related industry preferred.


Prior dealership experience is a plus.
