The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the GAMN implementation manager you are responsible for all business implementation of our software and products to include leading a team of implementors and a Solution Advisor, accountable for all implementations to include meeting timelines, project plans and revenue aligned goals while working to decrease cycle time and increase revenue. Must be able to collaborate across the businesses to include with Revenue Cycle and other implementation managers for dual clients purchasing more than one solution in HIS, collaborate different entities to include GAMN implementors, consulting, content product owners, among others. Accountable for key client’s success of the software following implementation through the assigned Solution Advisor. Must be analytical and identify trends, risks to clients and plans, risk to revenue, solutions to bring in revenue sooner by increasing implementations and time to implement. Forward thinker focused on business and client success.

As the GAMN Implementation Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Assume key client implementations to be the coordinator, collaborator and ensuring milestones, goals are meet and client success is achieved
  • The project manager to lead HIS integrators to include business implementation executive, aligned content product owner, MCS and other essential integrators for critical clients
  • Establish and accountable for the implementation metrics to include financial, revenue, installations programed vs. completed, at risk projects, cancellations, credits, among others and work with HIS stakeholders to drive improvements in support of revenue and business goals
  • Understand connection between Implementations operational improvements and financials. Writes improvement charters, project plans, and links projects to business strategies and improvement objectives.
  • Analyze operations data to identify trends, variances and areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction.  Successfully communicate customer insights, growth forecasts and innovative approaches to process improvements and risk mitigation strategies to leadership.
  • Identify risks to financial goals and develop strategies to mitigate.  Develop and deliver monthly dashboards to leadership including summary of completed projects, average cycle time, plan versus actual revenue and revenue recognition forecasting.
  • Interface with other Implementation teams across HIS to ensure strong collaboration on projects and processes.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university with a minimum of 8 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 12 years of experience in Health Information or Informa
