Leap Event Technology is looking for a client service minded, detail-oriented, and proactive Implementation Manager with strong project management skills to join our team. Implementation Managers drive client onboarding and configuration, and are key to successful deployments. Acting as both a product expert and project manager, the Implementation Manager ensures seamless collaboration across departments to meet client and operational goals. . We support some of the world’s largest events in the convention space, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will have a passion for client success.

AS AN IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER, YOU WILL:

• Be an expert in the fandom conventions space and Leap’s Epic Experiences platform

• Manage client implementations; acting as the primary client contact or a key member of the internal team, ensuring on-time and successful delivery 

• Configure conventions and products, build schedules, and facilitate onsales/launches

• Act as project manager on assigned Epic projects, when a cross-product PM is not assigned. Oversee milestones, share project updates with  the team, and assist in onsite management when needed 

• Onboard and train colleagues and clients on Leap’s Epic Experiences platform

• Assist Event Operations Manager in creation of Floorplans, deployment of digital signage, and scanning software as needed

• Ensure smooth client transition to onsite phase

• Manage changes to process and communicate value of the implementation processes to clients

• Collaborate internally with Client Support to execute convention, product, and schedule builds as needed

• Contribute to our shared knowledge base & documentation on Leap Event Technology Products & internal processes

• Share ideas for new features and products and suggest workflow improvements 

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, Product, Sales Engineers, Design, Finance, Event Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing Services to ensure all aspects of Client Implementation are completed

• Engage fully with Project Managers where applicable to provide status and details of builds; coordinate and manage timelines to ensure products are built and deployed to the project’s requirements

• Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service

• Understand Leap Conventions platform and its integration with Epic Experiences

• Be fluent in our shared Project Management tool and a champion of our shared Leap Event Technology tools

• Liaise with clients and travel onsite to events as needed up to 20%
