Implementation Lead

Lead the successful delivery of client implementations while ensuring quality and timeliness. Partner with Project Managers and Functional Leads to drive excellence in solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation methodology and project governance
• Provide strategic leadership to implementation teams
• Manage client relationships and expectations
• Balance scope, quality, and timeline requirements
• Own requirements traceability and solution architecture
• Facilitate smooth transition to support teams
• Collaborate with product development for optimal solutions
