Implementation Coordinator Senior

The Implementation Coordinator Senior is responsible for updating and maintaining the unemployment client database. They ensure the client contact names, addresses; phone, fax and E- mail addresses, and web report users are maintained in the database. They also create and update the report structure for client’s reporting features. Use client provided data to keep systems up to date.

What you’ll do

• Maintain client unemployment contact names, telephone numbers; fax numbers, e-mail address and mailing addresses via a FTP connection.

• Establish and maintain locations and structure in order for unemployment reports to reflect the clients’ corporate hierarchy.

• Set up and maintain email addresses for clients who receive reports electronically.

• Maintain users for all Web Manager Applications.

• Use of Excel formulas and file manipulation

What experience you need 

• 1 year previous office experience, customer service skills, experience with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
