Employment:    Corp to Corp - Contract Only

Length:             3-6 month with possible extension

Rate:                 $70 – 80/hr USD

Description:

Implementation Analysts meet with clients to discuss their priorities and participate in creating new solutions to meet company needs. They verify that new systems and software are implemented effectively and test systems to ensure they work properly. They also train staff on using new hardware and software and determining how companies can improve their technology systems to ensure they are meeting its needs effectively

Responsibilities:

SME with specific focus on Workfront components of the solution and enabling efficiency in high risk, high profile, strategic and/or high complexity client deliveries with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Gathering client requirements and mapping them to existing Solution capabilities
  • Creating requirements for new capabilities, features and/or enhancements required by the client
  • Configuration solution designs
  • Documenting all aspects of the client's configuration
  • Creating training material for client's group administrator in a "Train the Trainer" framework
  • Collaborating with Solution Delivery Operating Team to develop accelerators for scaled implementation

They actively listen to client feedback, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable plans for the Workfront implementation. Throughout the process, the Implementation Analyst maintains regular communication with clients, provides updates, and addresses any concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and client-centric experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaboration is a fundamental competency for the Workfront Implementation Analyst as they work closely with diverse teams, including project managers, developers, IT personnel, and end-users. They foster a collaborative environment, encourage open communication, and promote knowledge sharing among team members. By building strong working relationships, the Implementation Analyst ensures a cohesive and coordinated effort in achieving the implementation goals.  
  • Technical and Professional Expertise: The Implementation Analyst possesses a deep understanding of the Workfront platform and its functionalities. They are skilled in configuring the system to meet specific organizational requirements and are adept at creating custom workflows and reports. Leveraging their technical expertise, they integrate Workfront with other systems as needed and stay updated with the latest Workfront features and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients. 
  • Problem Solving: The Workfront Implementation Analyst excels in problem-solving and critical thinking. They analyze complex business processes, identify potential challenges, and devise practical solutions to address them effectively. Throughout the implementation, the Analyst anticipates and resolves issues promptly, conducts root cause analysis, and collaborates with the team to implement corrective actions, ensuring a smooth implementation process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of product management, product deployment in software development
  • 2+ years of Workfront implementation experience
  • 2+ years of Workfront administration experience with focus on workflow management and process tools 
  • Experience with managing the product lifecycle for technology-based tools and solutions 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders, including executives, upper management, clients and cross-functional teams 
  • Capable storyteller through demonstrations, with ability to engage in a constructive debate, understand and account for different points of view, and articulate direction and priority  
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
  • SME in: Workfront, Fusion and Creative Cloud
