Tell me more about this role, what would I be doing?
Summary:
Coordinate and manage workflow in conjunction with management and Verify Team Lead. Create key training tools for new and existing staff. Perform new employee department orientation and training.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Document Scanning experience
- Utilize Opex scanner hardware and AnyDoc software.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Windows based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
- Perform various data entry functions as needed, and additional duties as requested by supervisors
- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standard
- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
- Pursues a course of personal, professional development.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This includes operating scanning equipment, including AnyDoc and Opex software. Maintaining daily reporting.
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (approximately 15 to 20 lbs.)
Preferred
- Some College coursework
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
