Imaging Specialist

The Imaging Specialist will support Caesars Entertainment's Las Vegas properties by providing expert post-production services. This role requires quick turnarounds to meet marketing needs, advertising deadlines, email delivery dates, organic/paid social media needs, or press release deadlines. The Imaging Specialist will work closely with the Lead Imaging Specialist, in-house Photographers, and Producers to capture and finalize high-quality visual assets. 

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Retouch photographic images to a high visual standard for multi-channel distribution in both print and digital formats. 

• Ensure content accurately reflects the brand treatments. 

• Communicate project status, timelines, and delivery expectations with Creative, Production, and Account Service teams. 

• Meet deadlines by processing a high volume of images efficiently. 

• Collaborate with Las Vegas stakeholders. 

• Review images in post-production with the Lead Imaging Specialist, Photographers, and Creative Directors to identify retouching needs. 

• Perform other job-related duties as requested. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience. 

• 3+ years of experience in corporate/commercial photography post production. 

• Professional photography retouching portfolio demonstrating knowledge of photography capture and post-production fundamentals, including lighting, composition, color correction, compositing, and complex photographic manipulation in Adobe Creative Suite.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex issues succinctly. 

• Proactive problem-solving abilities, both technically and creatively, with attention to detail. 

• Proficiency with capture software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, etc.). 

• Advanced eye for style and visual composition. 

• Technical knowledge and experience with lighting sets. 

• Flexible schedule to accommodate quick turn needs.
